It was a good interview and I liked the process, it was straight and easy. They asked the common question of where you see yourself in five years and why you chose this company and about my skills and stuff.

Production Manager
The interview lasted 1.5 hours, and included an interview in English and a psychometric test. Usual questions about work history and CV were asked. They were very kind and attentive, although the interview was a bit long. They made an economic offer.

Construction Scheduler
First, the HR Recruiter screened me by phone. They asked about my skills and pay requirements. I explained my skills and pay requirements. I thought I was out because of my pay requirements. Then the HR representative called back to ask about my salary requirements again to clarify. I didn't expect to be called back. A week later the HR recruiter called me back and asked me to lunch, so I could meet the Sr. Project manager for the project they were hiring for. I accepted and was treated to a nice lunch. We discussed my skills and I asked questions about why they were hiring a scheduler when they were already in the middle of the project. It was a nice lunch, but I felt I would not be getting another call. I was correct. I never heard back from that company.
- Can you discuss your experience with project schedules?
- What is your experience with Primavera?
