Customer Experience Associate
I applied online and about a week later, I heard back from a recruiter via email to schedule an interview. The interview was a 1-hour Zoom call with two people from the team. They were really nice and friendly. After that, the recruiter called me to let me know I wasn't selected, but they were quick to tell me.
- Are you familiar with any of our products?
- How would you handle an angry customer?
- What makes you want to work at Draftkings?
Customer Experience Associate
Had a Zoom call with 2 people who are doing the job I'm applying for. They asked about my experience and why I'm interested in Draftkings. Then, I was asked about how I've handled specific situations in the past. It finished with me asking them questions. The day after, I got an email with an online assessment that's like answering customer emails for the role.
- Tell me about a time you resolved a customer issue.
- Can you share an experience where you faced pressure in your job?
- What motivated you to apply to Draftkings?
Customer Experience Associate
I had a quick phone chat first, then they invited me in for an in-person interview. It was about 2 hours long and I met with 3 people from the team plus the recruiter I spoke with on the phone. The questions were pretty straightforward. You definitely need to know the app really well.
- If you wanted to see the results of a contest that just finished on the app, what steps would you take?
