There were 3 rounds in total. The first was a 45-minute phone case. The second round was a business or consulting-like case involving data visualization. The third round was split between a technical casino case and behavioral questions like about hobbies and why you want to work here.

I went through 4 rounds of interviews, which included a bunch of behavioral questions and case studies, all done online. Honestly, I felt like it was a bit of a waste of time. I think two behavioral interviews and one or two cases should be enough to decide if you want to hire someone, not four behavioral and three cases. It must be costly for them to recruit, so they probably get tons of applicants. Asking multiple questions about expected value felt like overkill. DK also pays below the industry standard, and the interview process drags on. The whole thing took about 5 weeks, with a week gap between each interview.

So I interviewed for 2 different roles, a Lead Analyst VIP and Senior Sportsbook Analysts. It was a pretty involved interview process, with 7 total interviews and 3 case studies, plus a bunch of personality interviews. Ended up not getting either job, even though I nailed all the case studies. Kind of a bummer because the recruiters said they'd be transparent with feedback, but I got rejected twice without any real explanation. They just said the teams liked me but went with other people, which was disappointing after putting in over a month and a half into the process.
