Applied about two months ago. Started the interview process after the holidays. Had three rounds of interviews, with the last one being in-person. I spent $300 to travel for the last online interview, only to be told by an automated message that I didn't get the offer. I asked if they would cover my travel expenses, but they said no, though I still went knowing that.

Applied online and the process was very quick and smooth. Both the HRs were very helpful & supportive. It started with a Teams technical round with the Architect and then I was invited to the Bielefeld office with the Manager & HR. I'd rate this as the most smooth and supportive hiring process ever. The HRs were there to handhold me for everything I needed and were very prompt with their responses. The offer letter was released within a week, unfortunately I had to decline it due to some commitments. I might regret not joining them, I still think about it though!

Two days of interviews, about a week apart. The first day had interviews with HR, managers, and current/former trainees. It was a friendly vibe, with good conversations. They wanted to get to know candidates and understand their motivations. There was a case study to prepare and present within a time limit. The second day was more intense, with another group case study to prepare and present, more motivation interviews, and more chats with current trainees. HR folks were around both days to keep things on schedule and make sure candidates had a good experience.
