Manager Regulatory Affairs
The interview process included 3-4 rounds, with varying levels of knowledge and friendliness among employees. The interviews were quite lengthy. The company itself wasn't particularly engaging. Expect that questions and scenarios will be thoroughly explained, which is standard practice.

Account Manager
It was a warm interview, with good questions. The culture seemed good, with people who are passionate about the brand and products. It seems like there's an opportunity to grow in my career. I liked the person I spoke to. I wasn't sure if my experience was relevant enough though.
- Can you share specific examples of your account management experience?
Social Media Manager
The interview process was very smooth and (I thought) promising. After meeting with two VPs and requesting a time period for notification, I received a follow-up communication that a decision would be made in X amount of time, and that candidates would be informed with updates. Then, radio silence. I followed up five weeks after X amount of time, to receive no response at all. It was surprising, given how receptive all parties had been throughout the process. People shouldn't be left to assume they didn't get the offer, especially when they are told they will be receiving an update. I'm disappointed that an otherwise pleasant experience with good people was ruined by their failure to follow through.
- Can you share your experience in managing communities and campaigns?
