It was a very conversational interview. They asked about my planning and organization methods. They also inquired about my experience with the number of reqs I've handled and the sourcing platforms I use. Additionally, they asked about my past experience with ATS systems.

It was a pretty simple interview process with 3 stages. First, I had a chat with the HR person who was handling the hiring. Then, I had a technical interview over Teams with the person I'd be reporting to. Finally, I did a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and some of the team.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So I had three interviews. It started with a screening, then an informal chat, and finally a competence-based interview with a panel. The panelists seemed prepared. They said I'd hear back within a week after the third interview. I followed up at one week, two weeks, and then three weeks later, they finally told me they hired someone else. It felt pretty unprofessional given I got to the third round.
