I applied a few weeks ago and yesterday got a call and voicemail from the person in charge of hiring. When I was free, I called them back and for about 10 minutes, they really dug into my work history. They asked why I applied, why I've switched jobs so often, and my graduation date, saying my resume looked 'a bit jumpy.' The hiring person seemed quite snooty the whole time, which made me feel judged. Experiences like this can really put people off applying for jobs. Not a great way to start the year.

The interview process was super organized and really efficient. I got great communication, so I always knew what was coming next. The interviewers were really engaging and clearly loved the company, which made me even more hyped about the job. Everything went smoothly, and I liked that they respected my time and effort throughout.

I applied online on Doyle collection website. I had a screening phone interview with her assistant. After 3 days, I had a face to face interview with the accommodation manager and rrhha assistant. The whole process took about a week. I started training the very next day. It was very easy and the manager does an extraordinary job.

I got contacted by phone first and they told me all the steps. It was a great process, everything was explained super clearly and all the people I talked to were really professional. The first phone call was about 10 minutes and then the face-to-face interview was an hour long.
