Applied online and got a personality questionnaire, then a few days later scheduled the first round interview. It had standard questions and we had a good conversation. It was a bit strange that the interviewer was in a noisy place and drinking alcohol during the video interview, even though it was 10 am. Felt unprofessional, but maybe fitting for the company. After sending a thank you note, I was completely ghosted, no rejection email or anything, which seems really unprofessional and lazy.

This interview process was really long and not respectful of my time. It included two predictive index assessments, two one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager, a work practical that took way longer than the estimated hour, and several other interviews. I found out later that this is how they usually treat candidates. They even lost my assessment scores and asked me to retake it, and then just ghosted me after I finished everything and didn't respond to my follow-up emails.

It first started off with 2 quizzes, then followed by a basic recruiter call where they asked basic questions on my experience and background, compensation, and covered company culture. This was followed by a take home assignment where I had to complete an Excel workbook with questions on forecasting. Finally, there was an interview with the Director of Supply chain.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Group Case

This was a long interview process with multiple interviews and an analysis/planning project. The interviews felt uncomfortable and dominated by male egos. Executives spoke negatively about past employees, blaming them for company issues. During a group interview, there was a deliberate attempt to intimidate, making it seem like they were trying too hard to appear serious. After interviews that seemed to go well, they chose another candidate, but the role has been repeatedly on and off the market without a hire. It seems like they conduct interviews for free consulting. Other marketers have shared that you need to play politics there, and opinions might matter more than actual contributions. Remember to charge for business advice!
