I interviewed at their office last October. The office is nice and welcoming, but the interview process felt a bit unstructured. I first spoke with mid-level employees in a casual chat. Then, I had a short but positive 20-minute discussion with the manager. I got good feedback and was expecting to hear back, but they didn't follow up. After waiting three weeks, I had to reach out myself and was told they went with other candidates. It would have been better if they had proactively communicated their decision. Overall, I'd recommend them if you get an offer.
- Can you describe your experience?
- Do you have experience with some basic technical concepts?
Financial Analyst
The interview process was mostly behavioral questions with some straightforward SQL and Power BI questions. It was a pretty easy and informative process, and it didn't take too long. If you prepare, you should do fine. They did a phone call and a video call, but no super day.
- Can you explain the different ways to join tables in SQL?
- Could you describe how you would join two tables using SQL?
Senior Software Engineer
So I did an HR call, then a virtual meeting, and finally an onsite interview. It all seemed to go pretty well, but I haven't heard back at all. I've sent thank you emails and a few follow-ups, but still no clue if I got rejected or not. It's kinda confusing. Companies really should let candidates know, you know, about job offers. Just being unresponsive isn't cool and isn't the right way to handle interviews.
- Tell me about system design.
- Can you explain an ETL pipeline?
- Let's do some whiteboard-style brainstorming.
Data Analyst
There were 2 technical rounds, which weren't too hard. Make sure to prepare your technologies well and learn about the company. The first round went well, and the final round was with the CEO. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- Can you describe your previous experience?
- Tell me about a time you used [specific skill] in a past project.
- What was your contribution to a previous team project?
