Account Manager
We kicked things off with a couple of phone chats, which were pretty straightforward to get ready for. The final part was the in-person meeting, and that was the challenging bit. It was set up as three separate 30-minute meetings with different groups of people. First up was the CEO and COO. Then, I met with a Sales Manager for a specific region and someone who was a trainee before. The last 30-minute session involved Sales Managers from two different international regions.

Key Account Manager
The interview process has been really long and feels unnecessary. I've been interviewing for months now, mostly over Skype and phone, but still no offer. It's hard to say why.
- Standard interview questions were asked, nothing out of the ordinary.
Account Manager
The interview process had two main stages. The first interview was held on campus and involved two Dow employees meeting with me for a get-to-know-you session and to ask situational questions. The second interview was on-site and included one-on-one meetings, a role-playing exercise, and a panel interview. We then had lunch, which wrapped up the interview process.
