The CEO reached out via email, twice, even though I was already employed, asking if I'd be interested. They didn't even ask for my resume. I guess he found me on LinkedIn since my profile was linked in the invite for the second interview. There was a quick phone screen first to see if I was into it, then a case study with another EM later that week. I didn't get past the case study, but everyone I talked to was super nice and got back to me the same night.

Had a phone call with the chief of staff, then a case interview with the ceo. After that, there was a take home assignment. The final step was an on-site where I had to add to and present my assignment results, and also interview with 3-4 other engagement managers. There was also an informal lunch to ask questions and get to know other employees at Dover.

Behavioral Case Presentation

Got an unsolicited email for a follow-up call. First, had a behavioral phone screen with the hiring manager, which I passed. Then, a 30-minute case study relevant to the role via video conference with the CEO, but I didn't pass that one.
