The interview process was really smooth and easygoing. There were two rounds of interviews, and my advice is to stay calm and think critically. You'll find the questions are just reworded versions of common ones once you realize it.

My interview at Dovel Technologies was pretty bad. We set a date and time a week ago, but two out of the three interviewers were missing. One person was on the phone but mentioned she was busy with other things, so she couldn't follow the chat. The interviewer who was actually there seemed really unprofessional. Within the first five minutes, she complained about her day and seemed annoyed that the company wasn't organized. She wasn't sure what to ask me during the interview, maybe unprepared or uninterested because she had other urgent tasks. She also gave me the impression she couldn't make hiring decisions, so I felt my time was wasted.

A recruiter reached out the day after I applied, and we talked about my background and projects. She then set up an in-person interview, had me complete an application, and gave me a study guide covering Java EE topics like Hibernate, Servlets, Spring, and JSF. The in-person interview was an hour long. They asked me a quick whiteboard question and some knowledge questions about the Java EE concepts on my resume. Make sure you really know your resume stuff inside and out.

A Senior Recruiter reached out to me for an interview. I saw the salary and let them know I wasn't interested because it was too low. About 3 weeks later, the same recruiter contacted me again. I told them they already contacted me and I wasn't interested. For some reason, they've emailed me about 5-6 times with the exact same message in under a month. It's unprofessional and a bit strange. I've already complained to their company, but we'll see if they do anything. Stop harassing candidates when you can't do your job right.
