Behavioral Technical Group

The first interview was a group interview with three people from the public works team: the lead engineer, the head inspection manager, and an HR rep. They asked questions about my experience and why I'd be a good fit. They wanted to know how I handle contractors, especially disagreeable ones, and asked for a specific example of such an interaction. They also asked about the procedure for handling a concrete truck arrival, like checking the batch ticket and mix design. The main focus was on dealing with difficult contractors.
