Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed more than once and all were negative experiences. I was either ghosted entirely or had to wait extensive amount of time to hear a response (after a follow up). It started with a recruiter call, hiring manager, take-home assessment, group presentation and a final interview to ensure nothing was missed. The team hung up very abruptly. Each time I was unable to ask my questions. For product people they did not show much thought or empathy.

Behavioral Technical

I had a 30-minute first interview. Afterwards, I requested an additional meeting to discuss the company and position further, just to ensure a potential fit based on fundamental aspects. I was granted another meeting. However, when I inquired about the daily responsibilities or the ideal candidate profile, the interviewer seemed displeased. They explained that I hadn't yet demonstrated my qualifications and that it was too early to ask such questions, noting it was not standard practice. Consequently, I decided not to proceed.

Behavioral Technical

The whole process was pretty laid-back and wrapped up in about two weeks. It mainly involved behavioral questions, nothing too technical. Everyone I met was super friendly and genuinely curious about my background and experiences. It wasn't too challenging.
