There's just one technical interview round. They'll ask you about Magento 2 basics based on your experience. After that, there's an HR chat. If you pass the technical part, you've got the job. Don't stress, just answer whatever comes up.

Awesome process. Very simple questions. Keep your nerves cool. Don't worry about very complex questions on the Internet. Do basics and you should be good. The first round was with the HR and then with the hiring manager.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty straightforward. A phone screening was scheduled with two of the senior team members. From there, a 1-on-1 in-person meeting was scheduled with one of the co-founders. A more casual, conversational style interview which I appreciated. Allowed me to conclude that I was dealing with real people who were passionate about their business, but also are very human and understand that a work/life balance is key to happiness in the workplace. Overall, a positive experience and yet professional enough for both sides to understand the responsibility aligned with the role and expectations.
