Case Behavioral

The interview mostly focused on case studies. Some of the scenarios were challenging and required careful thought and good wording. I'd suggest working in the retail department; the managers there are very good.

The interview process had two tiers. First, there was an HR interview that included other candidates and a team activity. Then, a second interview with your potential supervisor that was more in-depth.

It was fun until they didn't get back to me for two weeks after telling me I got the job. It was even more fun waiting hours for my onboarding time, only for it to never happen. The best part is I still get emails from them, but they haven't scheduled an onboarding day a month and a half after I was given the position.

Technical Behavioral

Applied online and heard back in a few days for a phone call. They asked a few questions then set up an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty straightforward, involving a basic math test that looks harder than it is, and you need at least a 70% to pass. After the test, you head inside for the interview. It was very basic and simple, with easy questions, some related to school, which is fine for a first job. You'll get a job offer or not after this.
