the process was pretty straightforward and easy to get through, I felt like I had a good connection with the people who interviewed me. they asked me some standard questions and also questioned my ability based on my age. they ended up offering me a job, but it was in a different state than where I am currently.

So first I had this phone screening, it was just to check if I had a driver's license and to see my availability. Once they saw that was all good, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. I met with the two main managers there and they asked me questions, writing down my answers.
