It was a pretty standard interview process. They didn't ask any tricky questions! You should be ready to talk about your experience and how it fits the role, plus situations where you overcame something, and what your strengths and weaknesses are. Being good at building and keeping relationships is a key skill for this job.

So far the interview process has been great. I passed the first interview and will have the next one later this week. From the interview with HR, you can definitely tell that the company culture here is amazing. The interview didn't feel like one, it felt like a good conversation. There was give and take, which I really appreciated. I will update if I receive an offer after this next interview, but I can already tell you that I'll accept.

The whole process was really straightforward, chill, and not stressful at all. Everyone I talked to was super nice and made me feel at ease. They were happy to share any information I needed or answer all my questions. Plus, they were really flexible with scheduling.

So the interview process was like this: first, I had an interview with HR. Then, I was given a case study to complete. Finally, I had a one-on-one with the manager where we talked about my previous work history and went over the job duties and what's expected in the role.
