I applied online for an associate role and did an assignment. Then I had a 20-30 minute phone interview. A few weeks later, I had a 2-hour in-person interview with 9 people, which was very thorough. The whole thing took about 2.5 months. They told me I was a strong candidate and encouraged me to apply again. A month later, a manager position opened up that I was better suited for. I emailed the hiring manager, and she told me to let her know when I applied. I sent in a new cover letter and resume online. I was immediately asked to do an assignment. About 3.5 weeks later, I had a 20-minute phone interview. Three weeks after that, I heard I didn't make it to the final round. After meeting 11 people and doing 2 extensive assignments, I asked for feedback on my last phone interview to be a stronger candidate. I never got a response. This company seems pretentious. Their mission is great and people seem to like working there, but it's hard to get in without inside connections. I felt like I was vetted extensively twice in a short time for no reason. They are slow to respond and the process is long. Everyone was nice, but it's hard to know what they want. I felt my time was wasted and not valued.

The interview process was quite long but comprehensive. It included several phone calls, video interviews, two sample assignments, and two in-person group interviews. The process itself was acceptable, and I found it enjoyable. Everyone I met seemed very enthusiastic about the company's mission. However, I was ultimately disappointed with the overall experience. After dedicating almost 3 months to interviewing and sending multiple follow-up emails, I never received any communication regarding the status of the role or if it had been filled. Given the significant time investment, some form of response and feedback would have been highly valued.

Got an offer pretty quick, like less than two weeks after applying. The review process was fast, and the interviewers were really nice and clear about the job and pay. I moved on to the next step, but I decided to pull out because the salary wasn't what I was looking for.
