I got a call for an interview and then met the following week for an interview. It was in the dining room of the restaurant, so it wasn't private. They didn't ask a lot of questions, mostly just about the hours I would work initially and the scheduling.

I started with a recruiter who set up my interview quickly. It's a two-interview process: first with the VP, and if that goes well, then with the DM. Make sure to bring a resume to the interview, even though you already sent one. They ask in-depth questions, and also about you and your background, like what you like and what you'd do in certain situations. Each interview was about 30 to 40 minutes, and they responded fast.
