The recruiter called me on a Saturday and by that same day I had a link for a 2-hour online assessment, which was kinda hard. They set up an onsite interview for the next week with some VPs, but then cancelled it 2 hours beforehand, rescheduling with a different set of people in similar roles. This interview was 3.5 hours. Then there was another 2-hour onsite, followed by a phone interview. I got a verbal offer that same day, and after talking about it, we settled on an amount. The whole thing took about a month, and I had to nudge them a few times to keep things moving.
