You'll email your resume, and they'll call you to set up an in-person trial. They'll put you in a few different roles to see how you do. After about an hour, they'll debrief and do more of a spoken interview.

They called me in for an interview and we talked a little about the job. They said I was likely to get the job and invited me for a trial day. They told me the trial day would be an hour to show me around and do paperwork. When I got there, the managers seemed annoyed they had to do a trial day, which was rude. I was there longer than an hour and they didn't pay me for it. It was super busy and they had me doing work that was supposed to be for employees. I think they kept me longer because they needed help, so it was basically free work. The person who was supposed to be training me said the other employees were mean to new people when they messed up. Doesn't sound like a good place to work. Never heard back after doing all that free work.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I saw an ad on Craigslist and the owner emailed me right away to set up an interview. The interview felt like it took forever and wasn't really necessary. I met with the lady who emailed me. She asked me some standard questions, and then we went over to the bakery case to discuss all the pastries. After that, she asked me to repeat what she had said about them. I also had to make a cappuccino.

It was a fast process, but after getting hired, there's still a written test to make sure you know the products you're selling. Super quick process, but still a written test after hiring to check product knowledge.
