I had 2 interviews. The first one involved a computer test with questions, and then I talked to an employee from the department. It seemed to go well, and I was invited back for a second interview. However, the HR Manager was unavailable, and I ended up meeting with a department head instead. I felt this second interview was a waste of my time because the HR Manager couldn't meet me, which I found rude and unprofessional, especially after taking time off work. I would have preferred to be told if I wasn't a good fit after the first interview.

I had a phone interview that went well, with typical questions. Afterwards, I was invited for a longer, hour-and-a-half interview process, and also sent some skills and personality tests. The personality test was the most discriminatory I've encountered, and it was obvious it was designed to screen out people with disabilities, even if those disabilities don't impact job performance. The skills tests were pointless: one was about payroll taxes, which I'd already stated wasn't part of my experience and isn't required for this role, and the other was about high school math (geometry and algebra) completely unrelated to the company's business. When I got there in person, the original interviewer handed me off to a coworker who only spoke with me for 15 minutes, signaling I was no longer being considered and they were just going through the motions.
