The interview process was really long. I applied in early April and didn't hear back for a screening until mid-May. After that, I had two more interviews. The whole thing took about 3 to 4 months. I had to reach out after the third interview for an update. The next day, I got an automated email saying I was declined, with no explanation. I was hoping for a call, especially since I went through three rounds, and at least some reason why.

Had a quick 15 minute phone screen with the recruiter, then a 30 minute phone screen with the talent acquisition manager, and the last interview was a 2 hour face to face interview. Overall it was a great interview process and extremely professional. In the final interview, you get to meet some very understanding business partners throughout the company that you would potentially be working with. The final interview is a panel interview, so be ready!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with a phone interview with HR asking about my basic purchasing experience. Then there was a really long face-to-face panel interview, over 3 hours, where we went into detail about specific procurement techniques and experiences, and I also had a written test! After that, I had a 1:1 interview with a manager that was pretty basic. They made a tentative offer after 3 weeks. Then I had to pass a drug test and background check. The background check verified every detail on my resume and took two weeks before they gave me a firm, final offer.
