The interview process was really quick and simple. It was all STAR method questions and lasted about 15 minutes. I had a panel interview with some really nice people. I didn't get the job in the end, but it was a good experience overall.

It was a decent interview process overall, though the initial vibe wasn't super welcoming with it being four guys and me being the only woman. The main tip is to just make sure you've researched the company and understand how the role you're applying for functions.

I applied for an intern position at Dominion through their diversity internship/scholarship program. After applying, I got an interview. The interview was conducted over the phone, and there was no in-person interview. I think they interviewed about 50 people for 30 scholarships, but I'm not sure. The interview was on a conference line with an HR manager and a former Dominion intern who is now a full-time employee. They asked me 7 questions, all behavioral. They explicitly stated the questions would be behavioral and not about the company. The HR manager made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to take my time to answer. This phone interview is the final step for the internship application. Afterward, a committee selects candidates, and then the manager or director from the specific Dominion branch will call to discuss placement and duties. The scholarship is awarded after the internship is completed.
