The application process on the website had questions that served as an initial screening, so there was no separate phone screen. HR sent me an email with a link to pick an interview time. The interview happened, and I heard back in about 3 days that I got the job. Since it's a job at a nuclear power plant, the background check took a while, around 8 weeks I think. My first day was entirely training to get me acquainted with the facility, safety rules, and security procedures.

We thought it was a one on one info session, but when I arrived, there were five employees from Dominion corporate finance ready to interview me. It was a pretty relaxed chat, mostly behavioral questions. They also asked about my knowledge of Dominion. Overall, it was a good experience, but I'd definitely recommend doing your homework on the company. They're really big on their corporate culture, so make sure you mention that.
