Fundraiser
I had a phone call with the hiring manager, and then a week later, I did a panel interview. The panel interview was with people who are now my colleagues on the team, and they were all really nice.
- What makes you want to join this organization?
Intern
This was for an internship position with the Global Education Office at DU. I interviewed with two people who gave me the questions a week in advance. It was a pleasant experience overall and I'd recommend working with them, even though I didn't get an offer. Very nice people.
- Can you tell me about your experience and education and how it connects to your ideal career?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
- Could you share an instance where you had to manage a challenging situation or conflict?
Director
I went through a phone screen and then an in-person interview that lasted about half a day. I got to meet a few different people during the onsite, and they were all really professional and nice.
- Could you tell me why you're interested in working here?
- What qualifications do you have that make you a good fit for this role?
Human Resources Assistant
Phone interview was a pre-screening for an in-person interview. No formal scheduling for the interview. They wanted questions answered on the first call and did not want to schedule a future time to talk. That is all, that is all, that is all, that is all.
- Tell me about your best work environment.
- Tell me about your worst work environment.
