Overall, I felt like it was an unorganized interview process. I got the impression that my resume was not read by some of those participating, also a few people ran late to the interview which I thought was unprofessional. There were several questions that I had that I felt were dodged. I did not leave excited about the position or organization.

The interview experience was really nice, with friendly and imaginative faculty and admins. It was a long interview, where I got to meet individually with faculty and admins. I also did a group presentation with students. After that, I presented my research in a colloquium. I was engaged and, while still professional, showed my passion for the field creatively. I talked with students and had discussions during my presentation.

We had an interview, and they said they'd get back to me, but they never did. About two months later, they sent a survey about my experience, and I gave them a low rating, tagging everyone involved in the interview. The very next day, I got an email saying I didn't get the job, even though it had been almost two months.
