Had a phone chat with HR, then a first round with the hiring manager, and finally a last round with a panel of 3 people. They were pretty quick with callbacks between stages. Be ready for some whiteboard or handwritten questions.

The interview process wasn't overly technical. It started with an HR chat, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then an interview with a mentor or engineer. The focus was on finding a candidate who would integrate well with the team and possessed the necessary skills for the project.

I had a one hour in-person interview which was split between technical and non-technical parts. They wanted to hear about my past co-op work and then asked some questions about material selection and problem-solving. The interviewers were nice and helpful.

Horrible experience interviewing with this company. Started out with being ghosted on an intro call by the person I was in communications with. Had to reach back out to try and get an intro call scheduled. After he actually showed up to the 2nd scheduled intro call, we were able to schedule an interview. In the middle of the interview the manager left the call for about 3 mins to answer someone who was at his front door, which is extremely unprofessional. The overall feeling after the interview was positive from both parties and I was told that they would be in contact with next steps. Weeks went by with no information and after reaching out for an update on the position I never received a reply. A waste of time for sure it seemed like they didn’t have any intention of hiring me or for that position.
