The manager made me wait for 20 minutes before starting the interview. Then, without warning me, they brought me into a conference room with other people who would be asking questions. The building itself is undergoing renovations, making it like an obstacle course to get in, and security screening causes major delays. The office atmosphere felt really depressing, with dingy gray walls, old filing cabinets, and clutter everywhere. To top it off, there's no employee parking in downtown Newark, and the salary offered was very low with no possibility of an annual raise.

I applied on a Friday night and got a call the following Monday for an interview. Upon arrival at DOMA, I was welcomed by the Front Desk Assistant. After signing in, I was offered a beverage (water, coffee, or tea). The staff were really friendly. I only waited about 5 minutes for the interviewer. The office itself was clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I felt great about the interview.

A few days after applying, I had a phone screening. The interviewer was nice and professional, asking relevant questions and making me feel comfortable. My only issue is that I didn't hear back after the interview, and a follow-up email about my application status went unanswered. It would have been considerate to at least get a rejection notification.
