Behavioral Other

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I met with a few different people in the department and got a tour of the new building (the company used to be in a smaller building). I also spoke with a few people in upper management. The questions were not hard. I found out if I got the job within a week.

Behavioral Presentation

I saw a Craigslist ad and they hit me up by email the same day to set up an interview. I met with HR and the manager for the job. They were both super nice, and the interview felt relaxed. They didn't try to make it awkward at all. Even though I didn't get the job, I'd totally apply there again. The management seemed really invested in their staff and aimed to treat them well.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process started by answering a Craigslist ad and completing a skills assessment. Then, I had an interview with most of the senior members of the department. About a week or two later, I met with more senior staff and then the company owner. I spent a lot of time waiting for people to be pulled from their desks to interview me, and it felt like they had no idea I was coming or that they were involved in the hiring process.
