Assistant Buyer
The initial interview was quick. The follow-up interviews seemed to go well, but then I didn't hear back for over a week, and they said they 'went in another direction.' They had me sign an NDA just to talk, and fill out an old-school Word doc even though I had already applied online. Their processes and company seem very outdated. They require full-time in-office work for a role that could be hybrid or even remote. The whole experience made it feel like working there would be stifling.
- What are your five-year career aspirations?
- Could you please complete another application via Word document, as our CEO prefers this method over online submissions?
- Please don't judge our process for this.
E-commerce Manager
Went through six interviews but in the end never received any type of decline in employment email even after follow ups. The people are all very nice but I would have liked at least an email after six interviews with multiple department leads.
- Why do you want to work here?
Sales Tax
I had a 30 min online interview. This was during peak covid so this may change. The interview was not too difficult, asking basic entry level basic interview questions. I met with my manager and her manager and they would both ask the questions.
- How proficient are you with Excel?
