After applying online, an HR representative will contact you for a phone interview. If that goes well, you'll need to come to the location for a face-to-face interview with the Operation Manager. Be aware that parking can be a challenge; you're limited to 20-minute spots, but the interview itself could take over an hour.

Behavioral Presentation

I had 3 rounds of interviews. All in person, they were all easy quick and casual. They mainly want to know if you can sell but not be too pushy. They don't want complaints but want the most sales from the customers. The job is gearing towards more customer service and less sales so make sure you sound genuine about helping customers. they will start you out on nights swing shift so have open availability and good transportation.

The interview wasn't too hard, I'd say average difficulty. It really helps if you know the most important things about the company and the industry. Reading up on the company, its competitors, and industry risks beforehand is super useful.

First, there was a phone interview with a recruiter. Then, they set up a face-to-face meeting at the location. Finally, I had an in-person interview with the general manager and the shift manager.
