The HR part of the interview process was good. They were easy to communicate with by email and happy to answer any questions I had during the interview. After I applied, HR got in touch to make sure I was a good fit for the role based on my qualifications.

For the summer internship program, I had 2 interview rounds. It started with a recruiter phone call, then a Microsoft Teams interview with my potential supervisor. About 1-2 weeks later, the recruiter called me with an offer. The HR team was really professional, friendly, and communicated great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found the HR recruiter on LinkedIn and applied through their website. After some back-and-forth emails, we set up a phone screening for the following week. The week after that, I had in-person interviews with the hiring manager and three future teammates. Two weeks later, there were three more interviews, some in-person and some via Skype, with people from different parts of the business. The HR recruiter seemed pretty clueless about the team's actual needs, which almost made me quit twice. She also misrepresented my salary expectations, leading to a negotiation after the offer.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and then got a call about three weeks later. After that, there was a panel interview with four managers and the hr manager who was on the line, which lasted 20 minutes. They asked basic behavioral questions and about my job experience and qualifications. Then, I had another interview with the hiring manager for about 40 minutes where they asked more qualification questions and gave a detailed explanation of the job duties and responsibilities. They mentioned I would have another interview if I passed these initial ones.
