First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DOJO.
Sales Consultant
It was a really friendly and helpful chat, they asked me about my current situation and what I'm hoping to achieve in terms of growth, and also about my notice period and my experience in this field. Overall, it was a nice conversation with a friendly person, which was good.
- Can you tell me about your current situation?
- What are your aspirations for growth?
- What is your notice period?
Software Engineer
It was a great experience overall. The office was amazing and the vibe was very welcoming. The interview difficulty was alright, and the questions were very open discussion type. They were assessing logical thinking and general problem-solving skills.
- Can you discuss depth first search and graph algorithms?
Senior Account Manager
The process was internal and had several stages, with a good mix of formal and informal interviews. Although it took longer than expected, communication was clear. They were upfront about what to expect in each interview and asked very thorough questions. I felt comfortable throughout and never felt like questions were designed to trick me.
- Can you estimate the number of windows in Bristol?
Payment Consultant
The interviewer never joined the Zoom call. They have lied to me. You can't be more useless than this. You have wasted my time. Why didn't you turn up? I am really annoyed.
