It was a very simple interview process. Everyone was really helpful and they clearly explained what they expected and answered everything I asked. The questions they asked were smart and relevant to the job.

The interview process was okay. It started with walking through my resume, telling me about myself, and explaining why I chose the service line. Then there were some behavioral questions. After that, it was just a Q&A session and some casual chat. Overall, the interview process was alright.

Behavioral

I had an initial chat with HR and it was really nice. They asked what roles I was interested in to help decide how to proceed. Then I went in for an in-person interview. There were 3 sets of interviewers, ranging from staff to partners to HR, and it lasted about 1.5 hours, with 30 minutes spent with each pair. I made sure to bring extra copies of my resume and was ready for their questions. They asked general things about my background and education, not too many situational questions, which was great. I got an offer about two weeks later, with a start date two weeks after that.

I met with a recruiter at an on-campus event. Instead of doing a typical campus interview, I went straight to the office for an interview with both the domestic and international tax departments. Everyone there was really nice and tried to make me feel comfortable by joking around and asking about me personally. They also asked me some questions based on my resume about my past experience at a CPA firm. The whole visit took about three hours because I was interested in both international and domestic tax. Be ready with your own questions, as many of the people I met with gave me the chance to lead the conversation.
