The interview process went well. I had a Zoom call initially with HR, followed by a meeting with the supervisors at the facility. They asked a lot of direct questions.

I had an interview with a recruiting agent and a supervisor. A week later, I did an Excel/Word test. The following week, I interviewed with one of the head supervisors and two other supervisors. They explained the role and I talked about my future goals, mentioning I'll be going back to school part-time. They wanted to ensure I'd be okay in a male-dominated workplace, and I think I showed I could handle it.

Technical Other

first we do shortlisting interviews, then aptitude test/verbal test, preparation for oral interviews, then call for appointment, making decisions after the interview, references, selection tests, job analysis, orienting, induction, socializing the recruit and training. After all that is done, then the applicants are called to resume working by giving them appropriate date for their starting date. Thats where orientation is considered and then the training come into progress. All these are processes of interviewing.

Got a call 2 days after applying. The phone interview was short and rushed. After that, I met with their then VP and two other staff. It was less than an hour and the founder kept interrupting. I was called back for a second interview, but they canceled it and just offered me the job.
