The interview process involved a telephonic round and CV review, followed by selection for an HR interview and a Client Interview. After selection, there was a medical check, an offer letter issuance, and offer acceptance. Then came the hiring process, including visa and ticket issuance, followed by joining and engaging with different types of people. I'm good at working under pressure and in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. I studied Mechanical Engineering Diploma at the Technical University Kerala State, developing exceptional field knowledge and working with industry professionals. I have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and important technological expertise. I am skilled in reading engineering drawings and preparing ITPs, Method Statements, and Procedures as per project requirements. Please peruse my attached resume.

Behavioral

The interview process was telephonic. I was initially contacted by the HOD and then by HR. The HR department was quite rude and unhelpful, and they didn't offer the salary that was initially promised. The entire process dragged on for over 3 months. They urged me to resign from my current job quickly, but then the visa processing took an additional 3 months because they lacked available seating. This reflects a significant lack of organization on HR's part.
