This first interview was pretty lax. The hiring manager and a current developer were very welcoming. They just briefly went over their company values and projects they were currently working on.

It was pretty easy. I met with the manager and her boss. They were really nice and the questions weren't tough. They gave me a tour of the store, told me what they were looking for, and explained about the vendors I'd be working with.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process took longer than I thought. I had two in-person interviews and one phone interview. The questions were detailed but not difficult. The personality test was easy, but the IQ test was really hard. The interviewers were nice and really sold me on the company's current state and growth opportunities.

I chatted with the Regional Manager at the back of the store, near the ice cream freezer. He was pretty nice and got right to the point. He made sure to tell me that not everyone can do this job and that people quit a lot. You start at minimum wage for the first week to see if you can handle it.
