So I started with an HR screening, which was pretty standard, they gave me the lowdown on the company and what they do. But then, the hiring manager interview was a total letdown. He just talked and talked about the company, didn't really seem to care what I had to say, and I got the feeling he just wanted to wrap it up. Even with that vibe, he was asking when I'm free and giving me tips on what's next, which felt fake and not really how you should act.

The interview process was a bit all over the place. They kept pushing back decision dates even after giving me specific ones, and the salary offer wasn't what the recruiter initially talked about. Also, the requirements for references changed a few times. It was weird that the job offer had these firm dates and time frames that ended up not really mattering. Just be aware if you apply.

Had a phone screening with TA, it was a good conversation, they asked general questions about my relevant experience and some specific questions about skills needed for the role. Nothing too difficult, they were mostly trying to figure out if I was a good fit.
