First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Doctors Hospital.
Human Resources Business Partner
The interview process was held in a professional manner. The recruiter was polite, and the questions were in depth and reflected the duties of the role and to assess the candidate skills.
- Can you tell me about your experience in Human Resources?
Occupational Therapist
The communication was open, and the services were great, creating a positive environment. They want to get to know you and your values, so be honest and true to yourself. Be prepared to talk about why you are interested and what you can contribute.
- In what ways would you differentiate yourself from other candidates?
Registered Nurse
The nurse manager reached out to me after I was recommended by a current employee. I came in for an interview and was then scheduled for a day to shadow another RN to see if I would like the role. After shadowing, the nurse manager told me that HR would contact me. She also mentioned not to worry if there's a delay in hearing from them for a few months, as it can take time for a large company like Ohio Health to process hiring.
- In the last year, how many sick days have you taken from your current job?
Facilities Manager
I talked to HR first and then the Facilities Manager. We had a quick chat about my background. Then, I was given a test. I got feedback on the results right away and was offered the job. Salary wasn't brought up at all.
- Describe your background.
- Complete this paper test.
