First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DoctorLogic.
Account Director
I interviewed with the Director of Sales. The interview covered my past sales experience, including closing sales deals, digital marketing experience, and past lead generation techniques. We also discussed my closing style and how I prospect for new leads. Additionally, they asked about my past quota attainment.
- What's your approach to finding new business leads?
- Can you walk me through your previous sales experience?
- Tell me about a time you successfully closed a sales deal.
Growth Marketing Manager
The CRO reached out to schedule an interview for the Growth Marketing Manager role. The interview was scheduled for the following week. On the scheduled day, the CRO did not show up for the interview. After 10 minutes, I emailed to check if she was still available. No response. Ten more minutes passed, and I emailed again to say I was leaving the call and assumed something came up. The next day, I followed up to see about rescheduling, but received no response. It has been almost two weeks, and I have heard nothing back from the CRO or the company. There was no apology for wasting my time, no information on whether the role was filled or frozen, just silence since scheduling the interview. This is incredibly disrespectful to a candidate who took the time to apply. This company and its CRO clearly lack professionalism.
- What is your availability for an interview?
Marketing Specialist
I was referred to DoctorLogic because I have experience with my own book of business in aesthetics in Beverly Hills. I was going to bring my existing contract clients and knowledge to the company. After a couple of months, the CRO, Andre, reached out and we scheduled a phone interview. I prepped all day for the call. Andre no-showed to the call, didn't respond to my follow-up email, and didn't apologize. It was unprofessional and a disregard for my time. I used that experience to fuel my own web design/branding company in Medical Aesthetics, and now manage a six-figure book of business from Dallas to Dubai within 6 months of that interview.

Implementation Project Manager
I got a surprise phone call, no prior email or text, and was expected to have a 35 minute interview during the workday. They asked detailed questions about my experience and CV. The in-person interview was relaxed and everyone was friendly. I met with three people: two existing PMs on the team and the hiring manager.
- Describe your ideal work environment.
- What's your preferred learning style?
- Can you share an instance of a workplace conflict and your resolution?
