Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Doctoralia.
Customer Success Manager
First, a recruiter call where they discussed the company and the role, benefits, and asked about salary expectations, mentioning salary is determined by management. Then, a more technical conversation with management and the direct superior. Questions were open in both stages.
- What are your salary expectations, and when can you start?
Customer Success Manager
The process was very quick and effective, not a process with a million steps. I had the screening with HR, an interview with the manager, and then a case study that was very relevant to the role. All steps were clearly communicated, and everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
- Tell me about the most difficult situation you've faced with a client.
Customer Success Manager
It was a respectful process at first with an HR call and well-defined steps, however they asked for a case study with little time and didn't give any feedback. I wouldn't participate in this interview process again.
- Case study about the area.
