This was honestly one of the best recruitment processes I've experienced. It had 5 stages: First, an interview with HR where they were really humble and transparent, answering all my questions, even about salary. Second, an interview with the Manager, who was also very open and even showed me a demo of the project to help me understand it better. Third, a technical assessment tailored to the role, with plenty of time (a week in my case) and no pressure. Fourth, if the test went well, I reviewed it with two team members, which was a good experience where I could explain my work and they showed interest. Fifth, if I reached this stage, I got a short call with HR and the Manager to present the offer. This call included a ~10-slide presentation, showing their professionalism, and most of my questions were answered by the slides.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty casual process, with some background interviews and a take-home task, followed by discussions and presentations. The whole thing dragged on a bit, with pretty big gaps between each step. They gave some brief feedback when I got rejected, but weren't very responsive after I didn't make it.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview process was very pleasant. Even though there were several stages, the team did their best to make me feel comfortable and not nervous. First, I had an interview with HR, then one with the technical team. After that, they sent me a practical test, and later I had a technical interview to discuss it. Finally, after being selected, I had a final meeting with HR and another joint one with the technical team and HR. The whole process was very friendly and transparent.
