Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The hiring process was really well put together. It started with an amazing HR screening where the HR Partner asked a lot of questions about my background and what the company is looking for, and they were totally upfront about all the perks. The chat with the Hiring Manager was a great mix of talking about technical stuff and just connecting on a human level. I felt like they really heard me out. The business case they gave was tough but really made me think, and it gave a good sense of how complex the job really is. The final presentation part is pretty intense. Be ready for it to feel like a real-time working session where they'll challenge your ideas as you go. The business case needs solid technical understanding, so make sure your data is super solid. The process had 4 main parts: 1) HR interview: They focused on my experience, if I'd fit the company culture, and laid out clear expectations. 2) Hiring Manager interview: We went deep into operations, my past experience, and how I think. 3) Business Case prep: A challenging assignment that involved creating a strategic plan and outlining the technical architecture. 4) Presentation: It was a two-way conversation with a group of stakeholders where they asked a lot of questions. I really enjoyed the whole thing. I felt supported at every step, and I especially liked how quickly they gave me feedback. The amount of detail they provided gave me practical things to think about and work on, which is super helpful for my own career growth.

It was a super smooth and fast process, wrapped up in about two weeks. I had one phone chat, two test cases to work through, then two in-person interviews, followed by a background check. Honestly, it was one of the nicest interview experiences I've had.
