Entry Difficult Negative experience No offer

I received a very rude rejection message that wasn't even truthful. The HR person claimed my profile didn't meet the requirements, which is not true at all; I met them all with plenty to spare. Perhaps the issue was that they didn't understand my CV in English. They could be a bit more human in their approach; I think an AI would have been more delicate than the person who responded to me.

The hiring process was long and tiring. There were three interviews, but it felt like a year had passed between them. The first two interviews were fine. The HR person was normal, and the managers, including Fátima and Rubén, were very good with a very human approach. The third interview was very fake. The manager of the entire customer department, a Swiss guy, was drinking beer while interviewing me. I was shocked. He also didn't seem very interested in listening. In the end, I decided not to accept the offer because there are more empathetic environments in other companies, and I found managers with more experience. But they don't aim as high as this role, for the 18,000 euros a month they pay an agent!

I found this job on LinkedIn and applied with my CV. About a week later, I got a response and an invite for a 30-minute phone call. The recruiter kept me in the loop, so I never felt out of the loop. They said updates could take a week, but I usually got them the next business day. After the phone call, there were two more video interviews with team leaders and a coworker where they asked about my experience, how I handle customers, my skills, and more. The whole process was super organized, and everyone I talked to was really nice and helpful. It was a great experience, thanks!
