First, there was a recruiter call in English, which was quite long. They asked about my previous experience, focusing on how I think and act at work. Then, I had an interview with the Team Lead to discuss my past experience and understand the team's way of working. Next, there was a technical test that I found too long and included front-end parts, which seemed odd for a backend role. Finally, I had an interview with the Team Lead and Tech Lead to defend my technical test. I wasn't happy with the lack of feedback on the test.

The overall process was quite straightforward. From the first to the last interview. Very good communication and coordination from HR. Regarding the technical interviews, they are very open to listening and exchanging concepts without neglecting healthy and constructive criticism of the solution the candidate presents. Very respectful. Excellent professional and human group.
