The initial in-person interview was pretty standard, with the usual questions, but they threw in a final one to check out my thought process. I got a bad vibe pretty quickly though, as the executives seemed to be complaining about the last couple of marketing hires, and the job description itself seemed to be a knee-jerk reaction to that. It felt like marketing was the company's scapegoat. Despite that, I agreed to a 3-hour(!) follow-up interview where they promised to give me a look under the hood. I've been on similar interviews, but this team was totally unprepared and seemed to be winging it with their questions. I wasn't about to give away my entire marketing strategy and tactics for free in an interview. The whole thing was just weird, with a lot of arrogance and red flags everywhere.

The hiring manager was super organized and professional. I felt really comfortable during the whole interview process. The first interview was virtual, and before that, the hiring manager was great at keeping in touch. I couldn't move forward for personal reasons, but the hiring manager was really nice and professional. He even suggested I stay in touch for future opportunities. It makes me want to keep an eye on DocNetwork for future roles, given how they treat people. Thanks for making me feel comfortable, especially when so many other companies don't follow up or just ignore you.

It started with a Skype interview with HR and another employee, then an in-person interview with the director and some team members. The experience was good overall, though a bit long, but that's probably because it was during the holidays and people were on vacation. Really positive experience with nice, respectful people and good communication.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a phone screen, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and department lead. Everyone was super friendly and nice. They asked pretty standard questions, with a few situational ones thrown in. I felt really comfortable. The last question was a bit out there, and I think they were testing my reaction when put on the spot.
