It was pretty straightforward, with many standard questions. I also shadowed someone to understand the job better. The whole thing, including shadowing, lasted about two hours.

It was a very chill and informative interview. The company was really open about everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Everyone was friendly, and I even got a full tour and met many people from different teams.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with an online pre-interview screening through a third-party vendor, which was new but okay. There was a skills test and a background check, both pretty standard. Then came phone interviews, where they used the STAR method a bit. They also asked detailed questions about my background, which felt more like a team fit interview than a technical one. They explained the role, expectations, and company culture well. Overall, it was a good experience. The only bad part was how the Lead Recruiter reacted when I told them I got another job offer; they got accusatory and demeaning, taking it very personally. The rest of the team was professional when I declined. It might have just been that one recruiter.

I was interviewed by three people at the same time. Then I had to job shadow a week later. It felt like a waste of time both times! Don't bother applying if you don't have time to come back multiple times. They seem unorganized and expect people to be available to come back three times.
