After the initial recruiter call a couple weeks back, I had an onsite interview. It was with the hiring software manager, VP of Global Engineering & Operations, Director of Software Engineering, another Software Manager, and a Principal software engineer. They showed me the lab and the product I'd be working on, under NDA, then I followed up with HR. The whole thing took about 5 hours. I got an offer via email seven days later.
